아내(의뢰인/ 원고)와 B는 2개월 연애 끝에 동거를 시작, 6개월 간 함께 살며 결혼을 준비하여 식을 올린 부부이나, 결혼식을 올린 후부터 남편의 언행에서 거짓을 알게 되어 이혼 소송을 제기하게 됩니다.남편의 학력, 집안, 가족관계, 거주지, 인관관계 등 모든 것이 거짓이었고, 남편이 살아온 사연에서 느껴졌다는 인간미조차도 조작된 에피소드에 불과하였습니다. 결혼생활은 날이 갈수록 불행해져만 갔고 사소한 다툼이 폭언폭행으로 이어지기까지 했고, 갈취에 가까운 금전적 부담까지 더해져 더 이상 혼인을 유지할 수 없는 지경에 이르렀습니다.

피고가 악의로 가족부양을 하지 않은 것이 아님에도 3년차 미만의 부부가 이혼소송을 통해 한쪽이 60-70%이상의 재산을 분할받기 위해서는 혼인기간 전반에 걸친 금융거래 자료를 면밀히 분석할 필요가 있고, 반대로 다른 한쪽 즉, 원고의 피나는 노력으로 이 가정의 생계가 유지되어 왔다는 점을 강하게 어필할 필요가 있습니다. 결과적으로 아내는 부부 순재산의 74%를 분할 받되, 피고의 어려운 경제사정을 고려하여 2회에 걸쳐 분할지급 받는 조건을 수용하면서 조정이 성공적으로 성립되었습니다.
