이번 이혼소송은 홍상수 감독의 이혼 요구에도
아내가 소장을 7번이나 거절해 결국 법원의 공시 송달 명령으로 시작됐다.
자문 변호사(정태근변호사)는
“홍상수 감독이 승소할 가능성이 높다고 보기는 어렵다.
법률상 배우자가 있는데 김민희씨와 외도를 한 것이기 때문”이라고 설명했다.
